The family (brother to the owner) who helps run the B and B is very friendly. They want to know what your preferences are to make your stay best for you personally. Fresh breakfast (we had fresh cut fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, and pastries) served in your room at a time you select. Easy walk from the Tiburtina train station. Room was very clean. The brother gave us suggestions on how to best get around Rome and things to see while there. Kira.
Best experience ever
The location is great, nice restaurants are also nearby, although it's not in the very center of Rome, but with several metro stops you are already in the center. Very clean and stylish room. Breakfast great and also allowed directly in room or in garden, if the weather allows. But the biggest plus here is the host! definitely the best host I have ever met (and I travel like 60% of my time). Very nice and thoughtful people, both brothers and their families are super nice and helpful and willing to help! More specifically, this time I traveled with my 10-month-old daughter and maybe it's because of food allergy, she suddenly got very much not well around 22:00 at a night; The host was not living in the house at all, but by the time he received my call, he immediately decided to come and stay for the night, just in case we need to go to the hospital while we don't speak any Italian. That was the most comforting thing we can have even from our family, therefore, the big appreciation for the host! If I come to Rome again, I will definitely book the same place. Cui.

Lovely family run B&B, clean, and pleasantly decorated
Ricardo and Marco were so kind. It was my husbands 60th and they greeted us with a bottle of drink and glasses in our room and a birthday message. The room was super clean, with pleasant decor. The garden gave it that extra special touch, and the breakfast served in the garden was relaxing. There were even plugs provided to prevent nats. Adrianna.

Great, tasty and varied breakfasts, very helpful host. Spacy room looked like new, same with the bathroom. Nice restaurants nearby, good communication with most of Rome's landmarks. Maciek.
Rome in September, Violet239 Stayed September, travelled with friends
5 of us had a lovely time at Tiburtina Gardens. The bedrooms were beautiful with really modern ensuite's, very clean and largewith two opening out onto the garden where our breakfast was laid out each morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially with advice on using local transport. Being a short walk to Tiburtina railway station where you can get train or tube made getting around very easy. Plenty of restaurants nearby though you may need to book in advance for some. Violet239.

Stylish room with great host
I chose the hotel because of the location but it will not suit everyone as it is not the nicest looking neighbourhood. The neighbours upstairs were noisy at times.
Marco was a great host. He was thoughtful to offer me a euro plug and an umbrella and was very flexible with breakfast. It was a great place to stay and lovely to have breakfast on the terrace. Good to have kettle in room. Karl.
A cozy B&B , modern furniture
A cozy B&B , modern furniture , with large rooms and bathroom and very clean . The rooms open onto a small garden where you can enjoy quiet moments . Breakfast is good and plentiful , brought directly to your room at the requested time . We felt pampered at home ! Marco is a really nice person . We will definitely go back! Elisa.
