We refurbished our family home for those who want to experience Rome like a local resident, offering the perfect balance between relaxation, nature and the hustle and bustle of the big city. The B&B is situated on the ground floor of a residential roman building in a friendly area buzzing with restaurants, cafes and bars. All the shopping of Via Tiburtina is just a stroll away.

Surrounded by private gardens it is a haven of peace and tranquillity, in contrast to the close by, dynamic city centre.  The private gardens (accessible from nearly every room) create the perfect environment for moments of relaxation. Breakfast can be served on the terrace (weather permitting) overlooking the garden or you can relax under the shade of the citrus trees, something exceptional in a Metropoli like Rome.

Strategically located close to the Tiburtina train/metro station makes the B&B a practical and inexpensive choice. By direct train Fiumicino airport is only 40 minutes away and by metro the city centre and Colosseum is only 15 minutes (6 stops) away offering the ideal travel solution for business people as well as tourists aiming for a stylish and well connected location.

If you are travelling by car, the B&B has extremely easy access from the motorway/freeway system with no parking restrictions for our guests.
