The B&B is ideally located only a few hundred metres from the exit of Tiburtina train and metro (line B) station.

Arriving from Fiumicino Airport
Trenitalia “FL1” rail service run directly from the airport terminal to Tiburtina Station. Trains depart every 15 minutes with a journey time of approximately 40 minutes from 6.00am to 11.00pm costing $8 each way.
Arriving from Ciampino Airport
By Metro Linea A directly to Termini station, change at Termini to line B directly to Tiburtina station (4 stops). There is also a bus from a company called Schiaffini which runs directly to Tiburtina station costing $3.90.
Arriving by Train
Tiburtina Station (the newest train station in Italy) which is due to become the main station in Rome, is connected to the rest of Italy by high speed train (Treni ad alta velocita) the Freccia Rossa and Italo services depart from Tiburtina and reach Florence, Bologna, Milan, Venice in 2 – 5 hours. If your train arrives at Termini station please take the metro Line B to Tiburtina Station.
Arriving by Metro
The B&B is just a stroll away from the metro stop Tiburtina (Line B) which makes us easily reachable from any metro station in Rome.
The Metro system in Rome is very easy to use (there are only 3 lines, A-B-C) and serves all main areas of the city. We are on line B and on this line you can find popular metro stops like Colosseo, Termini, Circo Massimo so in under 15 minutes you can reach the most important sights of Rome.
Arriving by bus/coach
Tiburtina Station has an extensive bus operation which runs 24 hours and reaches all parts of the city. It is also home of one of the principal coach terminal of the capital.
From here by coach you can reach all parts of the country (especially the islands and the south) and also all major east European capitals.
Arriving by car
From the motorway follow the directions for GRA (grande raccordo anulare…the ring road which circle Rome). Once you are on the GRA you should follow the directions. CENTRO/ROMA EST and take the exit TANGENZIALE EST.
You should follow this direction until the exit ROMA TIBURTINA, we are few hundred metres from the station. Being only a few hundred metres from the Metro (Line B) you can reach the most important sites of the historic centre of Rome in 10 minutes: Colosseum and the Imperial Forum (metro stop Collosseo) Circo Massimo and Castel St Angelo (metro stop Circo Massimo) and the shopping of Via Cavour and Via Nazionale (Metro stop Cavour). In under 15 minutes you can reach San Paolo and Pyramid (metro stop Pyramide) where you can catch the metropolitan train which brings you to the Roman beaches in less than 30 minutes (Ostia and Torvaianica). With an easy change of Metro at Termini (only 4 stops from us, 5 minutes) you can catch Line A where you can reach all of the other historical sites of the city.
From us its also very easy to reach the areas of St Lorenzo, where the University La Sapienza is where the up and coming trendy Roman night scene is evolving, Piazza Bologna, home of Villa Torlonia and many embassies and the Pigneto area which is a historic area of the city, famous for many scenes of the most important movies directed by Pier Paolo Pasolini.
If you are having a stroll in the area of the B&B, you can find Via Tiburtina, home to the TV Studios De Paolis where many tv shows/movies are made. Also you can find bars, cafes, wineries, pharmacies, restaurants, fast food outlets (McDonalds, Burger King) and all other major shops.
Not forgetting how easy it is to get to the famous historical sights on the outskirts of Rome or Naples (Pompei), Ostia Antica and Tivoli with the famous gardens of Villa D’este and Villa Adriana.
